Institute "Open Society" presented an interesting report on the effectiveness of the sector acipra "Justice and Home Affairs" in Bulgaria. The report shows that public sector costs are high, while the main performance indicators remain permanently poor. Is affected and public confidence in the judiciary and the police stating that in Bulgaria it is the lowest compared to all other member states of the EU. The report acipra also contains other interesting information and statistics on violent crime, the proportion of unreported acipra crime, judgments against Bulgaria in the European Court of Human Rights.
